For more than 20 years, Stacy has worked with utilities and government agencies to plan, design, and implement clean transportation strategies and programs. She supports efforts to increase EV adoption through informed infrastructure and policy development. Stacy leads utility EV charging and load management program design and execution, EV readiness planning and strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Her past work includes the range of fuels and technologies that make up the clean transportation industry. She is a senior fellow with the ICF Climate Center and a Forbes contributor. Stacy holds a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and bachelor’s degrees from Western Michigan University.
