Isa Gaillard is a Senior Transportation Planner at Equitable Cities, where he leads projects advancing sustainable transportation, environmental justice, and community capacity building. He previously managed the Towards Equitable Electric Mobility (TEEM) Community of Practice at the Greenlining Institute, providing technical assistance to organizations advancing e-mobility nationwide. He has also worked on regional transportation planning and safe routes to schools programs, supporting walking, biking, and transit projects across the Bay Area. Isa holds a master’s in city Planning from UC Berkeley and a BA in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. He is a Switzer Environmental Fellow, Graham Sustainability Scholar, and recipient of the Martin Luther King Jr. Spirit Award. His work is grounded in a deep commitment to equity, data-driven planning, and empowering communities to shape their own neighborhoods.
