Matthew is a Policy Analyst at Atlas Public Policy where he contributes to policy analysis and research on investments in the clean energy economy, the deployment of EVs and EV charging infrastructure, the emissions and grid impacts of electrification, and environmental effects from wetlands developments. Some of his product and publication contributions include the launch and maintenance of the Clean Economy Tracker and EV Jobs Hub, management and co-design of the Wetlands Impact Tracker, a case study about the Ultium Cells facility in Ohio, and a forthcoming case study on a battery supply chain facility in Kentucky.
