Hannah has been a City Planner on the Mobility Innovations Team at the Portland Bureau of Transportation since 2021. Hannah leads policy development and implementation of citywide EV projects, including curbside EV charging, mobility hubs, and private for-hire transportation. Hannah also supports medium- and heavy-duty electrification, engages key stakeholders, pursues new funding opportunities, and ensures regional alignment. Prior to joining PBOT, Hannah consulted on climate mitigation and adaptation and received a Master's degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from George Washington University.
