Akhila is a Senior Program Manager at Forth, where she leads a team advancing equitable access to electric transportation, with a particular focus on expanding Forth's micromobility work. She also oversees the Washington Clean Fuels Backstop Aggregator portfolio, which spans a diverse set of programs across shared electric mobility, EV education, charging infrastructure, agricultural electrification, and utility engagement. With nearly 12 years in sustainable urban mobility, Akhila brings a perspective shaped by planning, policy, and design expertise. She holds an MPA in Energy Policy from Columbia University and previously worked with the World Resources Institute, collaborating with city governments worldwide to improve mobility for vulnerable road users.
