Philip Roy is Director of Clean Energy Solutions at ComEd, which delivers electricity to more than 4 million residential and business customers across northern Illinois. In this role, Philip leads a team responsible for implementing ComEd's award-winning energy efficiency programs, which have helped customers save over $12 billion since their inception.

Previously, Philip managed ComEd's relationships with more than 200 communities across their service territory and spearheaded initiatives in distributed generation, beneficial electrification, and utility business model innovation.

Before joining ComEd, Philip worked in local government as a public policy professional. He holds a B.A. in Government from Lawrence University and an M.A. in Political Science from Northeastern Illinois University.
