Stan leads SACE’s Electric Transportation Team, working across the Southeast to advocate for public policies and regulatory reforms, help state agencies and municipalities plan for and transition to EVs, implement innovative programs to expand light, medium and heavy-duty EV markets, and ensure the transition to electric transportation is accessible to all.

Before joining SACE, Stan co-founded and served as CEO of Brightfield Transportation Solutions, an EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy company, worked as an electric transportation consultant for the cities of Raleigh and Charlotte, NC, and Energy Foundation, and directed campus sustainability and climate action at Warren Wilson College.

Stan serves or has served in a leadership capacity to the Southeast Electric Transportation Regional Initiative, Georgia’s Electric Mobility Innovation Alliance, Drive Electric Florida, Plug In North Carolina, South Carolina’s Electric Vehicle Stakeholder Initiative, and Drive Electric Tennessee.
