Will Schroeer is the Chair of the Board of HOURCAR. In addition to its own hub-based carshare, HOURCAR operates the 170-vehicle Evie Carshare free-floating system under contract to the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. The HOURCAR Board and staff partnered with the Cities and with a variety of public, private, and non-profit stakeholders to design, fund, launch, and operate the Evie Carshare system, and its supporting publicly owned charging infrastructure, the EV Spot Charging Network.
