Maureen Blanc founded Charge Across Town in 2012, a 501c3, with a mission to reduce pollution from vehicles in California by promoting clean transportation. Previously a business leader and entrepreneur, Maureen has been working in the non-profit sector for the past 20 years. She was a director for Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2), where she oversaw the development, marketing, programming, and advocacy for the largest chapter of this national environmental business organization. E2 is an affiliate of the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and was founded in 2000. Maureen was the president and co-founder of Blanc & Otus Public Relations, providing services to the high technology industry from offices in San Francisco, Boston, Austin, Atlanta, and London. Blanc is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley.
