Kate is TYLin’s Practice Area Lead for Sustainability and Resiliency. She brings a breadth of experience in helping municipalities navigate the modernization of their transportation systems and expertise in the various elements of transportation planning. With over 20 years of experience in fleet planning and operations, transportation electrification, and hydrogen fuel cell planning, and operational resiliency she has led fleet transition plans and feasibility studies for several transit agencies and municipalities, including King County Metro, TriMet, CTA, IndyGo, SEPTA and municipalities in California and New York.
