Jess is a senior research associate with Plug In America. She focuses on research projects ranging from electric vehicle fire safety to a national survey of EV perceptions, as well as federal and state policy tracking and analysis. She collaborates frequently with electric vehicle advocacy partners and has presented research findings to state government agencies and other electric vehicle and sustainability forums. She graduated with a degree in environmental science from the University of Chicago and strives to use research and data analysis to create practical and actionable policy solutions.
