Elijah Sinclair is a Senior Program Manager on the Accelerating Decarbonization team at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC). He manages transportation programs that expand access to micromobility, support the deployment of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, and advance innovative technologies including those related to vehicle-to-grid integration. This includes managing MassCEC’s V2X Program, a first-of-its kind program scaling adoption across the residential, school bus, and commercial sectors. He is committed to scaling practical, community focused solutions that reduce emissions and strengthen Massachusetts’ clean transportation ecosystem.
