Hannah is a City Planner on the Mobility Innovations Team at the Portland Bureau of Transportation. Hannah leads policy development and implementation of transportation electrification projects, including curbside EV charging, mobility hubs, and private for-hire electrification. Hannah also supports bureau efforts to regulate automated vehicles and works to advance medium- and heavy-duty electrification and electric micromobility. Prior to joining PBOT, Hannah consulted on climate mitigation and adaptation and received a Master's degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from George Washington University.
