Crystal Lloyd is a Transportation Planning Specialist with WSDOT, where she oversees the Zero Emissions Access Program (ZAP), serves as an EV subject matter expert, and manages grants for EV buses and alternative fuel vehicles for public transit agencies across Washington state. She serves on several committees, including Values in Action Council (VIAC), Capital Projects Subcommittee, is a board member of E3 Washington, and a member of WTS (Women in Transportation). In her free time, she serves as a CERT member (Community Emergency Response Team) where she teaches the public about preparing for emergencies and provides volunteer first aid during disasters.
