Andrea Pratt is a seasoned leader in transportation decarbonization, currently serving as Vice President of Government & Utility Relations at Greenlane Infrastructure, where she drives the deployment of next-generation zero-emission infrastructure with a focus on medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. With over a decade of public and private sector experience, including key roles at Volvo Group North America and the City of Seattle, Andrea's responsibilities include fleet electrification, policy implementation, public-private partnerships, and securing funding through grants and incentives. A University of Washington alumna, she is a passionate advocate for equitable and scalable clean transportation solutions, dedicated to building the infrastructure backbone that supports the transition to zero-emission freight across the U.S.
