Henry is a City Planner on the Mobility Innovations Team at the Portland Bureau of Transportation. Henry coordinates policy development and implements projects related to transportation electrification projects for the bureau, including Portland’s first High Mileage Vehicle Electrification Action Plan. Prior to joining PBOT, Henry was project and grants manager at a street-user advocacy non-profit, where he helped build Portland’s largest e-bike education and giveaway program for residents living on low-incomes. He writes in his spare time. His first book, the Pacific Northwest Disaster Guide, uses a graphic novel format to help young people prepare for the disasters that most threaten the region. He holds a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University.
