Joy Massey is the Manager of Transportation Electrification at MCE, a community-owned clean energy provider serving Northern California, where she drives strategy and programs advancing EV adoption and charging infrastructure. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of climate, equity, and community impact, she specializes in designing clean mobility programs through community engagement and cross-sector partnerships. Joy is committed to ensuring that clean transportation investments reflect the needs and realities of the people they are meant to serve. She holds a B.A. in Public Health from UC Berkeley and an M.P.H. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
