Steven is a Program Manager for Breaking Barriers Collaborative. In his role, Steven leads medium- and heavy-duty fleet electrification programing. In September of 2026, the Breaking Barriers Collaborative will launch the first medium- and heavy-duty Accelerator program that will connect a cohort of peer fleet operators to learn from each other's electrification projects and collaboratively develop their fleet electrification plans. Steven brings over seven years of EV industry experience and has a background in supporting fleet electrification projects and programs to support fleet electrification through his past roles as Program Manager for roles at PacifiCorp and Forth. Steven attended the University of Oregon where he graduated with a degree in Environmental Science with minors in Business and Biology.
