Michael S. Graham is the Founder of Sapien, a firm specialized in fleet electrification and decarbonization, emissions reporting, and clean transportation strategy. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies and a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon. With over 30 clean transportation projects completed nationwide, including many Pacific Northwest “firsts”, including the largest heavy-duty private fleet depot electrification project to-date, Michael has secured more than $46 million in grant funding to advance zero-emission vehicles and infrastructure, advising fleets and public agencies on clean vehicle deployment, regulatory compliance, and climate reporting.
