His work focuses on accelerating transportation electrification across the Midwest, with an emphasis on strategic communications, stakeholder partnerships, and state-based deployment efforts. Prior to joining EVNoire, Brandon conducted national research on emerging mobility technologies and right-of-way policy, presenting at leading transportation conferences on electric scooter regulation, infrastructure governance, and the intersection of innovation and public policy.
