Jeffrey Rome, AIA, is Executive Vice President of EV Charging Solutions at Motive Energy, where he oversees strategy, development, and deployment of large-scale EV infrastructure projects across charging, battery storage, and integrated energy systems. He is currently leading the megawatt-scale charging infrastructure for Curtin Maritime's fleet of eight fully electric tugboats at the Port of Los Angeles, with vessels being built by Arc and Snow & Company. A licensed architect in 49 states, Jeff brings more than 40 years of infrastructure experience. Before moving into energy and EV charging, he designed and deployed telecommunications infrastructure for national carriers, bringing that same designer's perspective to port electrification and the infrastructure required to support large-scale electrification.
