Courtney serves as a Program Manager at Forth, working on the Affordable Mobility Platform (AMP) and Loans to Access Clean EVs (LACE) programs. With a strong background in EV infrastructure development, Courtney previously conducted research for a public utility, evaluating the feasibility of potential EV charging locations on city-owned properties in the Los Angeles area. She later transitioned to the private sector, where she oversaw a portfolio of local, state and federal grants aimed at expanding EV charging infrastructure nationwide. Courtney holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
