Anne is a nationally recognized leader in clean energy and transportation policy, with more than 20 years of experience driving the shift to electrified transportation. As head of policy and freight initiatives at the Electrification Coalition, she designs and advances federal and state policies that accelerate electric vehicle adoption. Her expertise spans utility programs, consumer choice, transportation strategy, and funding mechanisms, and she has delivered expert testimony on these issues before state legislatures, government agencies, and utility commissions nationwide. Anne holds a master's degree in environmental law and policy from Vermont Law School and a bachelor's degree in biology from Randolph-Macon Woman's College. She also serves on several local boards and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family in Avondale Estates, Georgia.
