Nicola Graham is an Environmental Project Manager with The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA), where she develops and leads programs that advance sustainable freight movement and maritime decarbonization initiatives, such as the NWSA Zero Emission Truck Program. Nicola works with industry partners, public agencies, technology providers, and near-port community stakeholders to implement strategies that reduce emissions while supporting efficient port and supply chain operations.
