Zach Woogen serves as Senior Policy Manager at the Vehicle-Grid Integration Council. He leads the day-to-day regulatory, policy, and market development efforts supporting smart EV charging, bidirectional “vehicle-to-everything” charging, and other advanced electric vehicle charging solutions. Zach is also a Senior Consultant at Strategen Consulting, where he supports go-to-market planning and strategic investment for clients in the EV and EV charging space.
