William P. “Billy” Davis has been influencing public policy in Chicago for more than thirty years, through roles in government, civic engagement, and non-profit advocacy. As executive director of Bronzeville Community Development Partnership (BCDP), an enterprise think tank, Davis works with stakeholders to develop economic solutions at the neighborhood level that create new enterprises and generate jobs. With a keen interest in environmental justice and mobility, BCDP launched JitneyEV, LLC in 2020 to help accelerate the transition to electric vehicle transportation and charging infrastructure and increase e-mobility access in black and brown communities.
