Ed Piersa is a Senior Program Manager for the Colorado Energy Office. At the Colorado Energy Office, he manages or co-manages three statewide programs for the State of Colorado: Vehicle Exchange Colorado ("VXC"); Community Accelerated Mobility Project ("CAMP"); and Local Government Electric Vehicle Readiness Planning Grants.

Prior to working for the Colorado Energy Office, Ed managed COVID-19 school testing programs at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. He has also worked in entertainment finance; and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador.
