Elizabeth Turnbull is Director of Market Development, Transportation Electrification at Franklin Energy, which delivers energy efficiency, transportation electrification (TE) and grid optimization programs for more than 60 utilities and government partners across the U.S. and Canada. Elizabeth’s work is backed by over a decade of experience at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Portland General Electric, where she oversaw the full lifecycle of utility TE programs across micromobility, residential, commercial, public, and fleet. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Smith College and an MBA and Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, and she has been an EV driver since 2018.
