Cornell focuses on expanding equity & inclusion strategies and policies across the energy industry through CEWD's member companies and association partners. He oversees the implementation of initiatives focused on change efforts to ensure the development of more diverse, equitable, and inclusive energy workplaces. Cornell currently chairs the stakeholder advisory group for EPRI's CISSR project, sits on the board for KIPP DC, and The LEAD Fund, and The Appellate Project.
