Judy is an urban planner experienced in land use, climate resiliency, and municipal operations. At itselectric, she advises on and manages charging infrastructure pilots. Before joining itselectric in August 2023, she served nearly 11 years in various roles at the New York City Department of Transportation, including as Director of Special Projects to the First Deputy Commissioner. She holds degrees in Psychology and Urban Planning from UC Irvine and a Master's in Urban Planning from Columbia University GSAPP.
