Volunteering Perk

As a token of our appreciation, volunteers will receive:

  • $100 Full Conference Ticket: Volunteers will receive a $100 full conference ticket in exchange for a 4-5 hour shift.

Volunteering at the conference is popular and is a first come first serve process and will be available for applicants who have no yet registered for the 2025 Forth Roadmap Conference

Volunteer Roles

We have a variety of roles available, including:

  • Registration Assistant: Support the setup of the registration area before the conference begins. Responsibilities include checking in attendees by locating their pre-printed badges, offering a warm welcome, and providing directions to various event locations.
  • Room Monitor: Oversee session room entrances and provide basic information to attendees. Duties include displaying time cues for speakers, counting attendees, assisting with microphones during Q&A sessions, and encouraging participants to sit near the front of the room.
  • Greeter & Directional Assistant: Welcome attendees and help guide them to event locations, restrooms, exhibitor areas, and other points of interest. Additional responsibilities may include monitoring waste disposal areas to maintain cleanliness and sustainability.
