We welcome you to bring a large group to the conference! Please read below for our policy regarding registering large groups. 

Group Discount Rates for the Standard Rates

• 2-5 at 5% 

• 6 -10 at 10% 

• 11-20 at 20% 

• 20+ at 25%

An additional 10% discount for NGOs/GOVT entities interested in registering 10 or more participants

• Refunds will be granted for ticket purchases up to 90 days from the date of purchase
• All refund requests must be submitted by July 13, 2026 in order to be considered.
• A $200 processing fee will be applied to all approved refund requests
• Refunds will not be available after the 90-day period or after July 13, 2026. However, you may transfer your ticket to the next conference or substitute another colleague in your place.

• Payment is required before ticket codes can be shared
• Codes and registration instructions will be sent out within 90-45 days prior to the conference 
• Manual sales requests must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026 (30 days prior to the conference)
• Cancellation & transfer request limits apply – overages are subject to administrative fees

The Forth Roadmap Conference student rate is $499.
A student ID and an emailed address ending in .edu is required to purchase a student rate ticket.
