Mike began work as the Colorado Energy Office’s Director of Transportation Programs in 2024. In that role he oversees programs and policies that advance transportation electrification including supporting the deployment of electric vehicle charging stations, electric vehicles, e-bikes and other electrified mobility options. Prior to working at CEO he worked for the City and County of Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency to deploy sustainable transportation solutions such as e-bikes rebates, e-bike libraries, electric carshare and EV charging stations. Previously he worked at the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project focusing on state and local policies to promote transit, active transportation and electric vehicles. He received a Masters degree in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware and a BA from Pomona College.
