Jesse is a Policy Advisor and Analyst on the Clean Transportation Team at the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM), where he leads the Zero Emission Vehicle Task Force, a coalition of 19 states, Quebec, and the District of Columbia. He also provides research and technical assistance to state agencies on electric vehicle policies and programs. Jesse has over ten years of experience in climate and clean transportation policy, having also worked at the Cadmus Consulting Group and Metropolitan Area Planning Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from St. Lawrence University and a Master’s in Environmental Economics and Policy from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.
