Emmett is a Research & Engagement Analyst at WRI’s Electric School Bus Initiative and is based in Washington, DC. He collaborates with the U.S. school bus manufacturing industry to accelerate equitable school bus electrification focusing on electric repowers, vehicle supply chain, and workforce development. Previously, Emmett supported WRI’s Global Electric Mobility team, publishing research on smart charging consumer behavior and guidance on pole-mounted EV charging infrastructure. Across his work, Emmett is committed to enabling equitable electrification and broader sustainable mobility efforts to complement EV deployment.
