Forth is a nonprofit organization on a mission to electrify transportation by bringing people together to create solutions that reduce pollution and barriers to access. While many know us as the organizers of the annual Roadmap Conference, we also work in partnership across the U.S. to build lasting program models that expand equitable access to electric transportation. Registration
- NGO/GOVT: The NGO/GOVT ticket are for attendees that currently work for an NGO or Government company.
- Standard: This ticket is for all other attendees who do not work for an NGO or Government company.
- Group: This ticket is available for anyone that would like to purchase a group of tickets within one transaction. We are offering the following discounted rate for groups at the Standard rate:
- 2-5 at 5% off
- 6-10 at 10% off
- 11-20 at 20% off
- 20+ at 25% off
If NGO/Government bring more than 10 people, we will offer an additional 10% off.

All of the tickets include access to all programming, the networking reception, access to the exhibit hall, and meals. Your registration includes breakfast and lunch on Monday (9/13) and Tuesday (9/15). We will also serve heavy hors d'oeuvres, local beer, wine, and sodas during the networking reception on Monday (9/13).

- Refunds will be granted for ticket purchases up to 90 days from the date of purchase
- All refund requests must be submitted by July 14, 2026 in order to be considered.
- A $200 processing fee will be applied to all approved refund requests
- Refunds will not be available after the 90-day period or after July 14, 2026 . However, you may transfer your ticket to the next conference or substitute another colleague in your place.

Yes, you can pay by ACH or Check with us. Please email info@roadmapforth.org and we can start the process.
- If you are wanting to register a large group, the easiest way is paying via invoice. We accept ACH, Card, and Check. Once the payment is received, we will send a code, so all of the individuals in your group can register themselves through our registration system, without paying. Email info@roadmapforth.org to start the process.
- Manual sales requests must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026 (30 days prior to the conference)

General Event Information
The 2026 Forth Roadmap Conference will be held September 13-15, 2026, with two full days of programming on September 14 and 15. We recommend attendees plan to arrive on or before Sunday, September 13 to register and be ready for an early start on the 14th. Depart after 5PM on Tuesday, September 15.

- Dietary Requirements: We provide a variety of meal options to accommodate dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive choices. Be sure to indicate your dietary needs when registering, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you need to update your dietary restrictions, you can make updates in your registration profile by logging in here.
Business attire is recommended. We encourage attendees to dress professionally while keeping comfort in mind, especially for long conference days.
In September, Seattle experiences a beautiful, mild transition from summer to fall. You can expect pleasant daytime highs in the upper 60s to low 70s (°F) and cool evenings around 55°F.
Yes, there will be an event app. All registrants will be emailed download instructions two weeks prior to the event.
Visiting Seattle is easiest without a personal car. The city features an exceptionally walkable downtown core. To travel further and avoid traffic, use the region’s extensive public transit, including the Link Light Rail, iconic Monorail, and Washington State Ferries. For more details, click here.
Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available on-site at the Seattle Convention Center, Summit garage (Summit Level 1B, red), with dozens of additional Level 2 and DC Fast Chargers located within a two-block radius of the campus. Click here for a map.

We highly recommend checking your luggage with your hotel bellman, as they provide secure storage. While we will provide a bag drop room at the convention center, please note that the room will be unsecured and left at your own risk.

The Sheraton Grand Seattle offers complimentary luggage storage for registered guests before check-in and after check-out. Simply head to the bell desk or the front desk to securely check your bags, and they will provide you with a claim ticket to retrieve them later.
